6. Incorrect Shipping Address It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase.

  • Re-delivery Fee: If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, a $7.99 re-delivery fee will be charged to reship the package.

  • Correction: If you realize you made a mistake, please contact us strictly before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.

1. Return Window

  • 30-Day Policy: We accept return requests within 30 days from the date your package was delivered.

  • Late Returns: Requests made after this 30-day window will not be accepted. The order will be considered final and accepted by the customer.

2. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable: We cannot accept items that have been modified, worn, or damaged by the customer. Minor issues such as redundant threads that can be easily cut are not considered defects.

3. Returns for Defective or Damaged Items We will issue a full refund (including original shipping costs) if your item arrives in any of the following conditions:

  • Late Cancellation: Requests made after 6 hours may not be honored if the order has already been sent to our warehouse for processing and shipping.

6. Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@flexarro.com with your Order Number, Proof of Purchase, and Photos (if the item is defective).

  2. Approval: Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, we will provide you with the Return Address and instructions.

    • Note: Do NOT return the package to the address on the shipping label without prior confirmation.

  3. Ship: Pack the item securely and ship it using a traceable carrier. You must pay for the return shipping costs.

  4. Tracking: Email us the tracking number or a photo of the return receipt. We are not responsible for lost return packages without tracking.

7. Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

8. Refund Processing
